New York’s State’s Association of Counties issues its annual report detailing how the 2019-2020 budget impacts Chemung County. A copy of the report is embedded below:

Open in new tab I will not provide an analysis of the report at this time as I have not had a chance to fully digest its findings. What I can say now is that the report contains a lot of meaningful data that is helpful for understanding our local budget and the constraints placed upon it.
